Ground Up was first opened in 2017, we’re located in the NSW Snowy Mountains town of Tumut, (almost) halfway between Melbourne and Sydney. We stock a full range of bikes for the whole family, from balance bikes for the kids to e-bikes and more. We’re a small town, family owned and operated store with the big brands and products you’d find in a city! We cater to all needs, from seasoned professionals to beginners.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Knowledge on products is exceptional. We spent a few hours in the shop while the staff helped us decide between various products, pointing out (quite honestly) the good and the bad of each option, and down to the last minute it just felt like they genuinely wanted us to leave the shop happy.
